Hey there everyone! For my changes to the blog, I started by going through the themes and picking one out. I wanted it to be clear, easy to read, and modern, so I ended up going with the Contempo model. When trying to keep in mind for readability, I wondered if the dark option would be better than the light one since many consider it easier on the eyes compared to a light setting. After doing a bit of searching around, I found that a dark setting can cause more issues in reading pages, particularly for those with myopia or astigmatism. The one I ended up choosing ended up not being too different from the default, so if anyone would like feel free to change around the themes further. Other than the theme, I added this image I obtained through a free trial on iStock. Having something as tactile as a refreshable braille display gave a better visual representation in my head, so I opted for that as the image of choice.
